Technique Training was formed by Tony Blackwell and Mark Crook. Both have acquired skills in their relevant industries, Mark as a qualified mechanical engineer and Tony as a qualified electrical engineer. Maintaining a "hands on" role, the two directors instill a professional style with a friendly, approachable attitude, which is evident throughout the organisation. All the tutors and staff contribute to maintain this ethos. The combined experience of the training staff is approaching 200 years.
